You may return your purchase minus shipping costs for any reason within 30 days of receiving your purchase as long as it is new, unused, and returned in its original packaging except items marked as final sale, free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.* Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. Donations are non-refundable.

**For returns and exchanges outside of the US, the customer will be fully responsible for shipment costs and extra fees (taxes, conversation rate, custom and duties etc.).

Exchanges and Store Credit

Within 30 days of receiving your order you may send it back for a exchange or store credit, as long as it is new, unused, and returned in it's original packaging except items marked as final sale, free gifts or promotional items with retail value. If there is a price difference between exchanges you will be asked to pay the difference before we send out your exchange.  If the item you´re inquiring about is no longer available on our website, we will work together to provide you a proper solution.

Refunds (if applicable)

It is our guarantee that every Green Friday item is free of material and manufacturing defects. If the item you received doesn't match the description in the original listing, or if it arrived faulty or damaged, you're covered under the Money Back Guarantee.

To inquire about a refund, simply email us at info@greenfridayshop.com including a picture of the defect, along with your order number or name and send the item to 1070 Montgomery Rd, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@greenfridayshop.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping

Orders are shipped out within 2-5 business days of placing your order. Domestic orders (those shipping within Canada and the US) will typically take 5-7 business days to arrive once shipped, and international orders may take up to 4 weeks to be delivered once shipped.*

Our offices and distribution centers will be closed on weekends and for all statutory holidays, which may affect the processing time of your order. Weather conditions, peak shopping seasons, and statutory holidays may also cause delays in the shipping and/or delivery of your order. Please allow 7-21 days for your item/s to be delivered (USA&Canada).
